In case you missed it there seem to be many new enhancements to MagicJack….at least that’s what they say.
In order for magicJack to provide you the best service possible, you must restart your softphone (LCD Keypad) now. If you do not, your MagicJack will shut down until you restart it or plug it back in again. There are many enhancements in this new software, to make your magicJack work better. There are also security items built in for the magicJack Network.
Please upgrade immediately.

My Magic Jack Doesn’t work after I re-formated my Hard drive. Your Chat Tech couldn’t help me and it cut me off this morning and have no courtesy to e-mail solurion to my problem. Jodie took all me info. Thnaks
Have you had any satisfaction with magicjack yet? I just bought into it, and am now having 2nd thoughts.
I bought a magic jack and I am very happy with it. I replaced my $45.00 per month cable phone with this little device and my phone bill is $20.00 per year now. It is also my fax # as well saving me even more. The savings are now paying my high speed internet bill. As if that wasn’t good enough, I take it with me to my second home and was not only able to cut that phone bill, but it gives me one phone # whether I am home in NY or Pa. I really can’t say enough about it.
